I got into this anime called Nana and I have Comcast, the first episode was free but the rest cost money.
I thought I would just start buying the books instead. Does anybody know a good store?

If you have time to stare at a computer screen, you could always read it online at sites like http://www.onemanga.com or http://www.mangafox.com.

Otherwise you should be able to find the books at any bookstore that sells manga. I usually go to Borders or Barnes and Noble.

If it's the anime you're after, Veoh might have them, but otherwise you could try http://www.rawranime.com and/or do a google search for the episodes. If you want to buy them, I really don't know any specific stores that sell them, but you could try online stores like amazon.

NANA is awesome, I hope you find what you're looking for. ^^

Well, the cheapest way would be to stream / download on the internet (free) and you can just put it on a disk (the show). Or you can read the books online here:
    http://www.onemanga.com/Nana/

    but legally……………

    http://Amazon.com
    the cheapest

maybe try blockbuster, Barns & Nobel, Boarders. Any book store will sell manga (books for what your looking for).
