i looking for places that are best to buy any anime like bleach and code geasse and Neon genesis evangellion also that ship if not in my area also if you could well if you know any places in Arizona? Oh yea would best buy or frys or f.y.e would be suitable to buy anime from?

I personally like Bets Buy for anime.
However, I think that there is always a larger selection online. I go to: http://www.akadot.com. It really has almost everything, from the most obscure to the outrageously mainstream.

Best Buy's website is pretty good for anime, even some of the series that they don't carry in their actual stores.

I bought Inuyasha episodes 1-126 for $110. It usually costs that much just for 1 season. Also this might sound like a rip off/spaming site but it's really not! I recieved no spam whatsoever and the shipping price was also reasonable. I hope this helps!
