where can i buy a anime series in Washington? because theres not much room left on computer so i dont want to download the series plz respond.

Does anyone know where i can buy anime in book and movie form? i live around the ventura area but they're closing down my normal shopping places so now i need to look for new locations…any ideas?

May 26th, 2009 at 9:02 amWell, "anime in book form" would be manga, and most bookstores have a graphic novel section complete with a good amount of manga. Borders and Barnes & Noble both carry a nice selection.
I don't know about your personal neighborhood, but I also live somewhere in California, and my local Best Buy has a DVD aisle dedicated to anime. The three box sets I currently own came from there.
Other than that, it's very difficult to find actual anime-only specialty shops in your local area, but there are plenty of them online if you want to go that route. Here are a few just from the first page of a simple Google search for "anime merchandise online":

Places like amazon, and especially e-bay are littered with bootlegged merchandise. You know what that means? Illegal goods. So unless you really, REALLY know what you are doing- don't shop there.

If you’re willing to pay money for money,you might as well buy an external harddrive for storage. I can buy a 1TB drive for $200NZ (about $140US). That’s probably more anime than you’ll ever have so you could get like a 320gb or something. Not just because you can get it for free, but having loads of disk cases lying around is a pain and the ass and they scratch easily, whereas on an external it’s all in one place so it’s very portable.
